2. Financial Report
a. Account Balance - $125.62 after making $50 payment to reserve Hospital Point for Welcome picnic
3. Attendees – Samantha Callahan, Lisa Miller, Bianca Sullivan, Michael Boerste, Julie Carrozza, Danial Sooy, Tiffany Daniels
4. Team updates
a. Tryouts – additional individual tryouts scheduled on 8/27 for those that missed the weekend sessions
b. Registration goes live on September
c. New start dates
i. returning swimmers September 3, 2024
ii. new swimmers September 9, 2024
d. New website
5. Upcoming events
a. Panda Express – September 12
i. Western Blvd location
b. Welcome picnic – September 14, Hospital Point –
i. sign up genius will go out after registration goes live
c. Parent/Volunteer timing training – Sep 21
d. Fin-a-thon – October 7-11
e. Glow swim – Oct 29
6. New business
a. Meeting with Jay/Tiffany/Samantha
i. CLST will have a separate financial account
ii. Swim caps are ordered
iii. T-shirts will be ordered soon and available upcoming months
7. Open discussion-
a. Team Communication
i. Once swimmers are registered, Tiffany will have access to TeamUnify to send mass emails
ii. Currently using “Constant Contact” to send team emails
1. We may continue the subscription at approx. $12/month to use as the boards means of communicating with parents
